As seen in our latest Deal of the Month, CapBridge recently provided funding for the acquisition of a luxury home in Redwood City. The borrower is a long-standing real estate developer specializing in fix-and-flip projects, and plans to renovate and sell the property.


Capital Bridge has significant experience taking a personalized approach to more complex, cross-collateralized loans. We provided 85% of the purchase price by taking two additional properties as cross collateral. This strategy allowed us to quickly approve and fund the loan within 10 days.
